Many booking sites pass your journey to whichever driver is free. We never do. Every chauffeur works for us, holds a TfL private hire driver licence and is trained to our standard: punctual, discreet and smartly dressed.
Every car is ours too, kept spotless inside and out and checked before every journey. That is why we can show you the exact car, not a car "or similar".
