Where your chauffeur meets you
Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall of the North or South Terminal, at the barrier as you come through from baggage reclaim, holding a name board. The exact meeting details are in your confirmation.
Your Gatwick Airport chauffeur
Gatwick lies about 28 miles south of central London, just outside Crawley in West Sussex. The usual way into town is the M23 and then the A23 through Croydon, Streatham and Brixton, crossing the river at Vauxhall or Westminster. Allow 75 to 110 minutes to the West End. For Canary Wharf or the City, your chauffeur may take the M25 east and the A2 to the Blackwall Tunnel when that is quicker.
There are two terminals, North and South, linked by a free shuttle train that takes a couple of minutes. Airlines move between them from time to time, so check your booking and give us your flight number. We match it to the right terminal, and your chauffeur waits in that arrivals hall.
Many Gatwick flights are holidays, which often means families, prams and plenty of luggage. Child seats are free on request. The Mercedes VLE seats up to seven with room for everyone's cases, and the Range Rover suits a smaller group who want more comfort for the drive home.
We track your flight ourselves. If you land early or late, the pickup moves with you, and your 30 minutes of free waiting starts only when the plane is on the ground. Your fare is fixed when you book, with VAT included, and you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before.
