Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use our website and travel with us in comfort. This statement explains what we do, where we fall short and how to tell us about a problem.

1. Our website
We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This means you should be able to:
- Use every page and the whole booking form with a keyboard alone.
- See a clear outline on whatever is in focus.
- Use a screen reader, with a label on every form field and real descriptions on images.
- Read text with enough contrast against its background.
- Zoom in to 200% without losing content.
- Turn off animation: if your device is set to reduce motion, our website respects it.
2. Our chauffeur service
Our chauffeurs will help you in and out of the car and carry your luggage. Just let us know what help you would like.
We carry folding wheelchairs, walking frames and other mobility aids in the boot free of charge, where they fit. Tell us the size when you book and we will suggest the right car.
Our cars are not wheelchair accessible vehicles, so passengers need to be able to move from a wheelchair to a car seat. The chauffeur can help with this if you wish.
3. Assistance dogs
We carry assistance dogs free of charge, as the Equality Act 2010 requires. The dog travels with you in the car.
A chauffeur may only refuse an assistance dog if TfL has given them a medical exemption certificate. If that ever applies, we will send another chauffeur so your journey is not affected.
4. Tell us your needs when you book
Add any access needs to the notes when you book online, or call or message us. The more we know in advance, the better we can prepare, for example by choosing a car with a higher or lower seat, or allowing extra time at pickup.
We use this information only to arrange your journey. Our privacy notice explains how we protect it.
5. Known limitations
Address suggestions come from Google, and some screen readers may not announce them clearly. If you have trouble, you can type the full address, or book by phone or WhatsApp instead.
We test the website ourselves but have not yet had an independent accessibility audit.
6. Report a problem
If you find something on our website that is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email us at [email protected] or call 020 7946 0018. We will reply within 2 working days and fix problems as quickly as we can.
7. About this statement
This statement was prepared on 10 October 2026, based on our own testing of the website. We will review it whenever we make a significant change to the website or our service.
