Questions about our cars
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on our website includes VAT at 20%. The price you see when you book is the price you pay for that journey.
How does waiting time work?
At airports you get 30 minutes of free waiting from the time your flight actually lands. Everywhere else you get 15 minutes free from your booked pickup time. After that, waiting is charged in 15-minute blocks.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight ourselves and your chauffeur works to the actual landing time. Your free waiting only starts when you land, so a delay costs you nothing extra.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pickup time.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, and they are free. Tell us the age of each child when you book and we will fit the right seat before pickup.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each car shows how many suitcases and cabin bags it takes when you book. For lots of luggage, golf bags or pushchairs, choose the Mercedes VLE or tell us in the notes.
