Heathrow Airport to Mayfair
The drive from Heathrow to Mayfair is about 16 miles. Your chauffeur leaves the airport on the M4, joins the A4 at Chiswick and follows the Cromwell Road through Kensington and Knightsbridge to Hyde Park Corner. From there it is a few minutes up Park Lane or along Piccadilly into Mayfair.
Expect 45 to 75 minutes. Early mornings, late evenings and Sundays are quickest. Weekday rush hours, especially on the M4 near Chiswick and along the Cromwell Road, are slower. When the A4 is heavy, your chauffeur may use the A40 Westway and come in through Marble Arch instead.
Mayfair's best-known hotels, including Claridge's, The Connaught, The Dorchester and Brown's, are all a short distance from Park Lane. Your chauffeur drops you at the door and helps with your luggage. If you are heading to a private address or an office on Berkeley Square or Grosvenor Square, just add it to your booking.
