Our service in Oxshott
Oxshott is a small village between Esher and Leatherhead, but many of its homes sit on gated private roads, and it has long carried a reputation as one of the most expensive villages in England. For a house behind a gate, we sort out access with you before the booking. Danes Hill, a co-educational prep school on about 55 acres, and Reed's School on Sandy Lane set the rhythm of the day for many families here.
The A244 is the village's main road, a single carriageway that briefly forms the high street, running north to the A3 and south to Junction 9 of the M25 at Leatherhead. That puts Heathrow and Gatwick within easy reach by motorway. Oxshott station, on the New Guildford line, has trains to London Waterloo that call at Vauxhall for the Victoria line. On airport collections the chauffeur follows your flight, waits in arrivals with your name, and the first 60 minutes after landing are free, airport parking included.
Evenings often start at The Bear, a Young's pub on Leatherhead Road that dates from before 1816, and weekends at Oxshott Heath, the hilly, part-wooded heath that runs towards Esher. - From the A3, the A244 exit signed for Leatherhead and Oxshott is the way in, while from Junction 9 of the M25 the A244 runs north through the village.

Both. The prep school is on Leatherhead Road and the Bevendean pre-prep is on Steels Lane, so tell us which site when you book. Child seats are free.
Is Reed's School in Oxshott or Cobham?
The postal address is Sandy Lane, Cobham, but the school is nearer Oxshott. From the A244 it is about half a mile down Sandy Lane on the left, and the school asks visitors to ignore signs for Cobham.
