Our service in Coombe and Kingston Hill
Coombe is one of the most private corners of south-west London. Large houses sit in mature parkland, many of the roads are privately owned, Coombe Park is a gated estate, and two golf courses, Coombe Hill and Coombe Wood, take up much of the open ground. Kingston Hill forms the northern edge, running up past the university towards Richmond Park. Airport runs, days of meetings in town and school journeys all start here, and the chauffeur needs to reach the right gate first time. Every car and every TfL-licensed chauffeur is our own.
Three main roads frame the area: the A3, Coombe Lane West and Kingston Hill. Richmond Park's Robin Hood Gate by the A3 roundabout has been closed to cars since 2003, but Kingston Gate on Park Road still takes vehicles in daylight. Many private roads are marked by white estate gates, some fixed open and some locked, so give us the gate procedure or code when you book and it goes straight to the chauffeur. Heathrow and Gatwick are the usual airports; we track every flight and the first 60 minutes after landing are free, parking included.
Coombe Hill Golf Club, opened just before the First World War on an Abercromby design, is the heart of the area, with Coombe Wood Golf Club close by on George Road. George Road is also home to Marymount International School, a girls' IB school with boarders. The New Victoria Hospital on Coombe Lane West is an independent hospital run as a registered charity, and Kingston University's Kingston Hill campus is built around the Victorian Kenry House. Dinners in Richmond or the West End and term-time school runs fill most diaries here.

- Many Coombe roads are private, marked by white estate gates; some stand open while gated estates such as Coombe Park need a code or a call ahead, so we take the details when you book.
- Robin Hood Gate beside the A3 roundabout at Kingston Vale is closed to cars, so any journey across Richmond Park starts at Kingston Gate on Park Road, and only in daylight when the vehicle gates are open.

Can your chauffeur get through the gates on Coombe's private roads?
Yes, with your help. Give us the gate code, intercom name or guard instructions when you book, and we pass them to the chauffeur so there is no waiting at the barrier.
Can we drive through Richmond Park from Coombe?
In daylight, yes. Robin Hood Gate is closed to cars, so we enter at Kingston Gate on Park Road. The vehicle gates close at dusk and the park has a 20 mph limit, so at night we use the main roads.
Do you collect from the New Victoria Hospital?
Yes. Give us the expected discharge time and the chauffeur waits at the hospital on Coombe Lane West, with the first 15 minutes of waiting free.
Do you cover Marymount boarders flying home?
Yes. We collect from George Road with luggage, and on the return we track the flight, meet in arrivals and include the first 60 minutes after landing free, parking included.
