Our service in Virginia Water
Virginia Water is best known for the Wentworth Estate, around 700 hectares of private roads, woodland and golf looked after by the Wentworth Estate Roads Committee under an Act of Parliament from 1964. Apart from West Drive, the estate's roads are for residents only, so we settle entry with you before the day and the chauffeur is expected when the car arrives. The Grade I listed former Holloway Sanatorium, now homes at Virginia Park, adds another group of residents who book airport and City runs with us.
The village lies between the A30 and the M3, with the M25 just to the east, which makes Heathrow the natural airport for most trips and Gatwick a simple run round the motorway. Virginia Water station, where the Waterloo to Reading line meets the Chertsey branch, has South Western Railway trains to London Waterloo, Reading and Weybridge. For flights we track the arrival, meet you in the arrivals hall with a name board, and the first 60 minutes after landing are free, including airport parking.
Wentworth Club is the permanent home of the BMW PGA Championship each September, and its West, East and Edinburgh courses fill the diary with society and corporate golf days. Families at TASIS in Thorpe and ACS Egham on the London Road book cars for term starts, exeat weekends and airport runs for international pupils. Summer weekends bring lunches and walks at Virginia Water Lake, where the car sets you down at the lakeside car park just off the A30.

The club is on Wentworth Drive (GU25 4LS), reached along a rhododendron-lined drive to the castellated clubhouse; give us your tee time or table booking so the car arrives with time to spare.

Only residents and staff may drive into Windsor Great Park, so the chauffeur drops you at the Virginia Water car park (GU25 4QF) beside the lake and the Cascade, and collects you there after your walk.

On the road
- The A30 past Virginia Water Lake towards Egham is the usual route to the M25 at Junction 13 and on to Heathrow, and we leave extra margin on it during tournament week and on sunny summer weekends.

Can your chauffeur get onto the Wentworth Estate?
Yes. Other than West Drive, the estate roads are for residents only, so we arrange entry with you in advance and the chauffeur is expected when the car reaches your road.
Where do you drop off for a walk around Virginia Water Lake?
At the Virginia Water car park beside the lake, because only residents and staff may drive into Windsor Great Park. The chauffeur collects you from the same spot.
Can you take my child from TASIS or ACS Egham to Heathrow at the end of term?
Yes. We collect from school with room for luggage, and for the return we meet the flight in the arrivals hall with a name board. Child seats are free if a younger sibling travels too.
